  • Share necessary details with trusted Third-Party Providers (e.g. accommodation, activity operators) so they can deliver their services.

We store your information using reputable third‑party systems such as:

We share only what is required to operate your Experience, such as:

  • Your name and booking details with accommodation providers.
  • Your name and relevant safety information with activity partners (kayaking, snorkelling, biking, etc.).

If you join an international Experience, your information may be shared with overseas suppliers solely for operational purposes (e.g. accommodation, guides, transport providers). Those suppliers may be subject to different privacy laws.

We do not store full credit card information. Payments are processed securely through recognised third‑party gateways.
